A service agreement detailing the scope of work, pricing, and schedule will be provided and must be signed before commencement of services.

3. Scope of Work

We will clean the solar panels using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning agents.
Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the solar panels.
Our technicians will comply with all safety protocols and regulations during the cleaning process.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the quantity of solar panels and house conditions
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement and must be adhered to.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not provided.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damage to solar panels or associated equipment caused by pre-existing defects or improper installation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or repairing damaged panels caused by our negligence.
You need to be aware that terracotta tiles are prone to breaking or chipping will do our best to fix any seen damages but wont take accountability for tiles that were previously broken

8. Warranty

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our cleaning services.
Any issues with the cleaning must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Melbourne.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated to you in writing or via our website.
